Installing via the Home Assistant app?

This page only applies to Docker installations. On the Home Assistant app, the account is managed entirely by Home Assistant: the user menu (profile, password, account deletion) isn't offered, since there's no password or registration to manage on the Hyppo-Compte side. See the Home Assistant app section of the installation page.

The My Profile page, accessible from the user menu in the top right, groups together the management of your personal account.

Profile information

Edit your name and email address. If you change your email address, a new verification may be required.

Password

Enter your current password, then your new password (with confirmation), to update it.

Account deletion

Further down the page, a section lets you permanently delete your user account. This action is irreversible and you'll be asked to confirm it with your current password.
